Delivery terms and conditions
The purchased products are delivered throughout the country. All products are properly packaged, sealed and secured during delivery.
Return Policy. We care about our 100% customers' satisfaction. That is why if for any reasons you wish to return the product you can do so with no explanations and no extra charge providing you notify us by mail within 15 days from delivery. According to the law (O.G. no. 34/2014), the customer will bear the expenses related to the costs of returning the product. The payment can be made directly to the courier or will be deducted from the amount of the purchased products to be refunded to the customer.
Important notice! Returning the products can only be done by courier (not post office) and only after filling in the return form (available here) and receiving our acceptance. The delivery costs will be borne by the customer. Your money is refunded within 15 days from the moment you received our return acceptance and once you provided us with your bank account details (name, IBAN code) for the reimbursement. If more than one product of the same kind has been purchased, only one product can be returned, the rest of the quantity is only accepted back if the products are sealed. Upon returning the product, you need to cover in advance the expenses of the delivery, we do not accept packages if the delivery is not paid for. No return requests made by telephone or other online sources are taken into consideration.
